SNOW HILL, NC – Sophomore
Ryan Bozard carded a one-under-par 71 during the opening round and Francis Marion University sits 12th in the team standings at the Cutter Creek Intercollegiate Men's Golf Tournament on Friday (March 28).
The three-day, 54-hole event is being played at the 7,280-yard, par 72 Cutter Creek Golf Club. Round two will be Saturday with the final 18 holes on Sunday.
FMU recorded a 299-team score on Friday and is four strokes out of the Top 10.
Bozard registered four birdies during his round and is tied for 18th position in the players' standings.
Patriot freshman
Leander Neuhaus shot a 75 and is tied for 40th place, while senior
Xavier Schwarz shot 76 and is tied for 45th.

Pake June (77), sophomore
Simon DiMaggio (79), and freshman
Matthew Parker (81).
Campbell University leads the team standings by four strokes over second-place Harvard University.
