OCONEE, GA – Sophomore
Josh Dugard fired a final-round 74 to pace Francis Marion University as the Patriots placed 16th in the final team standings at the Linger Longer Invitational Men's Golf Tournament on Tuesday (March 18).
Francis Marion registered a 301 tally on Tuesday to finish at 933. The three-day, 54-hole event was played on the par-72, 6,991-yard layout at The Landing Course at Reynolds Lake Oconee.

Leander Neuhaus both shot final-round 75 scores and finished in a tie for 81st position at 234 in the players' standings. Dugard and sophomore
Ryan Bozard, who carded a 78 on Tuesday, were both tied for 85th position, one stroke back at 235. Senior
Xavier Schwarz (77) finished in 89th position at 237.
Thirty-seventh-ranked University of Georgia edged 18th-ranked University of Alabama by two strokes to win the team title, while Shubham Jaglan of the University of South Florida earned medalist honors with a 64-68-72=204 scorecard.
Francis Marion will return to the links on March 28-30 at the Cutter Creek Invitational in Snow Hill, N.C., an event co-hosted by East Carolina University and Elon University.
