Junior middle blocker Mo Grigsby of the Francis Marion University volleyball team has been named the McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 4-10.

Grigsby, a native of Winterville, N.C., averaged 3.00 kills per set in four matches last week with a hitting percentage of .297.  She posted two matches with double-figure kills, including a season-high 13 in a five-set match against Lee University.  She also recorded six blocks during the week.

Francis Marion will play a pair of matches on Saturday (Sept. 16) at the Lander University Invitational, facing Elizabeth City State University at 12:30 p.m. and Fayetteville State University at 5:30 p.m.
