Francis Marion University / McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Week

Francis Marion University baseball sophomore outfielder Jack Hegan has been named the McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Apr. 19 - 27.

Hegan, a Bluffton, S.C., native, batted .438 (7-for-16) with five runs scored, a homer, and seven runs batted in, in four games last week. He registered a .500 on-base percentage and slugged .625. The sophomore was perfect, recording no errors in 13 fielding chances. He had multiple hits in two of the four games, including a three-hit three-RBI outing vs Georgia College on April 20.
