Gartner, a native of Albertville, Minn., also played in every set this year and was named the Conference Carolinas Player of the Year.  She was also awarded the conference' Elite 26 Academic Award for 2025.

She was named the conference's Player of the Week three times in 2025 and leads the league in total kills (462), kills per set (4.05), and points per set (4.43), while ranking 18th in hitting percentage (.242).  Nationally, she ranks ninth in total kills, 11th in total attacks, 19th in kills per set, 24th in attacks per set, and 29th in points per set.
