Francis Marion University has scheduled two sessions of its annual Tennis Camp 2021, June 14-17 and July 12-15, for boys and girls ages 8 to 18.

The camp will be held Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until noon on the Kassab Courts on the FMU campus.

The cost will be $60 per camper.  A special $100 rate is available if you sign up for both sessions.  Enrollment is limited.  Each camper will receive a T-shirt.

To ensure the safety of all campers, covid-19 protocols will be followed at the camp. Complete updated protocol information will be provided to campers upon receipt of their application and payment.

FMU men's and women's tennis coach Garth Thomson is the camp coordinator and instructor.  A native of Zimbabwe, Thomson is a graduate of Francis Marion and a former two-time All-American during his collegiate playing career.  Five times he has earned Peach Belt Conference "Coach of the Year" honors. The 29-year coach has led the FMU men to a 361-226 record and 18 NCAA Division II national tournament appearances, and guided the Patriot women to a 380-233 mark and 15 national tournament berths.

Refunds for cancellations will be given at the following rates: 4 weeks or more before the camp 100%; 2-to-4 weeks before the camp 50%; and less than two weeks before the camp 25%.
