Francis Marion University / McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Week

Francis Marion University men's basketball senior guard Holden Redparth has been named the McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 11-17. Redparth, a Rockville, Md., native, logged a career night as he led the Patriots with 25 points, nine rebounds, and four assists on Wednesday (Jan. 13) at Lander.

He followed up that performance with another career night when he recorded 26 points and nine rebounds on Saturday (Jan. 16) at North Georgia. In two games, he shot 51.1 percent from the field, including 6-of-12 from behind the arc, and was 11-of-13 at the foul line. 

He currently ranks No. 1 in PBC in three-point percentage (46.7 percent) and three-point field goals per game (3.5). He also sits at No. 3 in PBC in scoring averaging with 22.8 points a game.
