Francis Marion University / McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Week

Francis Marion University sophomore golfer Casper Kennedy has been named the McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 12-18, 2020.  Kennedy, a native of Tjome, Norway, paced the FMU golf team finishing at 2-under par, securing a Top-5 finish at the season opening tournament, The Intercollegiate at The Grove. With the abbreviated fall slate of tournaments coming to a close, the Patriots will tee off the spring season as they host the 16th-annual Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate Tournament, Feb. 22-23, at Hilton Head Island.
