Francis Marion University / McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Week

Francis Marion University junior cross country runner Sarah Harris has been named the McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 5-11, 2020.  Harris, a native of Timmonsville, S.C., recorded a time of 26:47 over a 5,600-meter course to lead the Patriots with a 31st-place finish at the 2020 Royals XC Challenge on Oct. 9.  Harris has led FMU in each of its first two races. Francis Marion will next run on Oct. 16 at the Chanticleer Challenge hosted by Coastal Carolina University in Conway, S.C.
