Francis Marion University Athletics

FMU:  First-year player at FMU.....Her competitive attitude and high expectations she sets for herself will contribute to our program immediately.....Is coming out of high school and club ball with a great playing and training experience.....Her quickness and ability to get her hands on any ball will help set our attackers up for success.....Very excited to see what she can do in her future.

PERSONAL:  Born Victoria Louise Carpenter in Newark, Ohio....A graduate of Creekside High School, where she played for coach Megan Bowers.....As a senior, averaged 8.3 assists, 2.4 digs, and 1.2 kills per set with 21 service aces and 21 blocks for a 21-4 Knights team.....2016 First-team All-City and St. Augustine Record All-County honors.....Garnered second-team All-County honors as a junior while helping lead the Knights to a 24-5 record and an appearance in the quarterfinals of the state tournament.....3-year prep career totals from Creekside include 1010 assists, 410 digs, 177 kills, and 80 aces.....Also attended Newark High School.....Her travel team at the Jacksonville Junior Volleyball Association (JJVA) earned two national bids to play in Dallas....Nickname is Toab.
