Biography

FMU:  Returning letterwinner....ITA Scholar-Athlete 2024....Conference Carolinas Academic All-Conference Team 2024....Played in 19 matches in 2023....5-11 record in singles play (mainly at No.6)....Went 7-6 in doubles play (almost entirely at No.3 spot)..... Transfer from West Virginia Wesleyan College, where she played two seasons (the school where FMU head coach Jay Evans formerly coached)....Her best tennis is still ahead of her.....Does a lot with the ball, can hit every shot, and is an all-court player.....Heading into the 2023 campaign, will benefit from an increased training program....Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award 2023, 2024....FMU Swamp Fox Athletic-Academic Honor Roll 2022 (fall), 2023 (spring, fall), 2024 (spring)....Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll 2022 (fall), 2023 (spring, fall), 2024 (spring).

WVWC: As a sophomore in 2022, played mainly at the No.1 and 2 slots in singles for the Bobcats and at No.1 in doubles.....Named to the MEC Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 2021-22....Earned 2021 second-team All-Conference honors in the Mountain East Conference, and garnered Academic All-MEC recognition.
