PERSONAL: Born Arianna Pierner in Cleveland, Ohio.....A product of North Augusta High School, where she played for coach Matt Sawicz.....As a junior, she scored 15 goals and recorded five assists as the Yellow Jackets posted a 9-11-1 record.....2011 All-Region, All-Area, and team most valuable player honors....Named to the All-Tournament Team at the 2011 Taco Bell Viking Cup.....Honorable mention All-Area recognition as a freshman in 2009.....A cross country runner for the Yellow Jackets, she was that squad’s MVP as a sophomore.....Also played for the South Carolina United Football Club, and has been a member of the state ODP team.....Nickname is Ari.
