A native of City Bell, Argentina, Terminiello comes to FMU after two seasons as the goalkeeper coach at the University of Charleston (W.V.). During his time, the Golden Eagles posted marks of 19-2 in 2023 and 20-2 in 2022, captured two Mountain East Conference Tournament titles, and made two appearances in the NCAA Division II Tournament.

During his undergraduate years at Florida Memorial, he was named Freshman of the Year in 2012, Most Valuable Player in 2013 and 2015, and second-team All-Conference in 2015. He helped the Lions win the 2012 Sun Conference regular-season championship, the first in program history, and Florida Memorial finished with a No.8 national ranking in the NAIA.
As a goalkeeper coach, Pablo worked for Florida Memorial in 2016, Andrew College in 2017, Boca Juniors in 2018, and Florida National University in 2018, where the squad won the NJCAA National Championship. He also worked with several soccer clubs in the Miami area.
In 2022, Pablo returned to Argentina to start working with the Defensores de Cambaceres women's team, before taking the position at Charleston.
