Paul Woodbury is in his sixth year as an assistant coach for the Francis Marion University golf program.

Woodbury is a 2010 graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a B.A. degree in Finance.  While playing for the Gamecocks, he earned All-SEC and All-Region honors in 2010.  He was a two-time Academic All-American and a four-time Academic All-SEC selection. In addition to playing the No.1 spot for a program that was ranked in the Top-5 nationally, he set the team record for most wins in a season.

Following his time in Columbia, he has played professionally since 2010.  He won the National Golf Association's 2013 South Carolina Open, and in 2014 played on the PGA Tour Canada.

Woodbury is a native of Lake City, S.C., and a product of Lake City High School.  He is currently in his 11th year serving as director of the South Carolina Junior Golf Association's Pee Dee Chapter. He has also participated in the Starting New At Golf (SNAG) program aimed at area youth.
