• A graduate of Ronald Reagan High School, where she has played for coaches Doug Balser and George Folger
• As a senior, tallied 158 kills and 85 total blocks (including 19 solo), while registering a .332 hitting percentage
• Helped lead the Raiders to a 24-6 record and a spot in the NCHSAA Class 4-A state semifinals
• Earned All-Conference recognition from the Central Piedmont Conference
• Member of the National Honor Society
• Named the Student of the Year in 2016
• Nicknames are Maddie and Mads

• Why you first chose your sport: I was invited to a volleyball camp once. After the camp ended, I realized I loved the sport.
