• A graduate of Ashley Ridge High School in Summerville, S.C., where he played for coach Curtis Capers
• In 2019, became one of only a handfull of players in state prep history to surpass 3,000 career points
• As a junior at West Ashley (playing for current FMU assistant coach Brad Dobbels), averaged 21.3 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per contest as he helped lead the Swamp Foxes to a 15-8 record.
• In 2018, named All-Region, the SCHSL Class 5A Region VIII Player of the Year, and South Carolina Basketball Coaches Association (SCBCA) 5A All-State
• Began his high school career at Northwoods Academy in Summerville, where he was an All-Region and All-State performer
• Played his club ball for Game Elite Black 2019
