FMU:  First-year player at FMU....Transfer from Hagerstown Community College in Maryland, where he played two seasons....Also attended Garrett College for one year.....Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award 2023....FMU Swamp Fox Athletic-Academic Honor Roll 2022 (fall), 2023 (spring)....Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll 2022 (fall), 2023 (spring).

HCC: In 2022, batted .345 with 19 runs scored, four doubles, a triple, and 17 RBIs....Posted a .487 on-base percentage....Pitched in nine games with a 3-2 mark and two saves with a 2.08 ERA....14 strikeouts in 26 innings....In 2021, hit .375 with eight runs scored, three doubles, seven RBIs, and a .583 on-base percentage....Pitched in 14 games....3-0 mark with four saves....23 strikeouts in 29.1 innings....Earned the Academic Excellence Achievement Award through the Trio Student Support Services....Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

GC:  Appeared in 7 games before covid pandemic ended the season....Scored three runs and had one RBI at the plate...Posted a 1-0 pitching mark in two games with a 0.00 ERA and five strikeouts in 3.2 innings.

  • Why you first chose your sport: I enjoy the grind that goes into this game both on and off the field; I feel this is where I make the most impact by passing along my knowledge of the game to people before me
  • Biggest mental challenge in your sport: Overthinking
  • Interesting Notes:  My friend Josh Edgin pitched for Francis Marion in 2009 and 2010 and is the reason I got me here because I wanted to follow in his footsteps, and he got drafted to the New York Mets in the 2010 MLB Draft as a pitcher
