PERSONAL:  Born Garrett Joe Wilson in New Hanover, N.C....A graduate of South Columbus High School, where he played for head coach Bradley Strickland.....Earned his squad's Best Offensive Award in 2016....Also an All-Conference selection in football as a middle linebacker.....In 2015 (summer), suited up for the Evoshield Canes squad.....Was a recipient of 2015 Perfect Game Underclass Honorable Mention accolades.
