FMU:  Returning player....Red-shirt in 2020....A transfer from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he spent the 2019 fall semester....A left-handed hitting corner infielder that has always hit for a high average.....Is a gap-to-gap hitter....Will have a chance to step and compete for time as a freshman.....Very excited to have him join our program.....A first-class individual that is a really good baseball player.....If he continues to work through the maturation process, should be very productive player at the college level.....Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll 2021....FMU Swamp Fox Athletic-Academic Honor Roll 2020 (spring, fall), 2021 (spring).

PERSONAL:

• Born Connor LeClair Manco in Gaithersburg, Md.
• Graduate of Fort Mill High School, where he played for coach Travis Collier
• As a senior, hit .375 with 10 extra-base hits, 23 runs, and 28 RBIs
• Earned All-State and All-Region recognition in 2019
• Also posted a .495 on base percentage, a .602 slugging percentage, and committed only two errors in nearly 200 fielding chances
• Career totals include a .353 average, 34 runs, six homers, 43 RBIs, and a .983 fielding percentage
