FMU:  Returning letterman....Appeared in 12 games (with 2 starts) in 2019....Averaged 13.50 strikeouts per 9 innings....Transfer from the University of South Carolina, where he played two seasons....Hard-throwing right-hander.....A sinker/slider guy who can induce a lot of ground balls.....Will challenge for a weekend starting spot in 2019.....High school teammate of Jackson Williams....Pitched for the (Florence) RedWolves during 2018 summer.....USC: As a freshman, posted a 2-1 mark with a 5.86 earned run average in 13 appearances (including three starts).....Did not have a decision in limited action on the mound as a sophomore.

• Posted a 10-1 record as a senior with a 1.02 ERA and 94 strikeouts in only 72 innings of work
• Named to the 2016 SC Select Team
• Rated as the No.10 best high school prospect in the state by Perfect Game
