Flesher begins his second year as an assistant on the Patriot coaching staff.
A native of Meridian, Idaho, he earned both a B.A. degree in sports management (magna cum laude) and a M.A. degree in sports administration (magna cum laude) from Tusculum University. He also attended Southeastern Louisiana University and Spokane Falls Community College.
As an undergraduate student, he was named to the conference Commissioner's Honor Roll three times, and was a two-time first-team All-Region performer at Spokane Falls. He received a 2021 Division II Athletic Directors' Association Academic Achievement Award.
Prior to coming to FMU, he served as a graduate assistant coach at Tusculum during the 2022 season. During the summer of 2021, he was an assistant coach for the Badlands Big Sticks of the Expedition League.
