PERSONAL: Born Casey Mina Murakami in Charleston, S.C.....A product of West Ashley High School, where she played under the direction of coaches Drew McNeely, Julie Schindel, and Andy Grist.....As a junior, posted an 89.9 save percentage....4-year letterwinner....Team captain in 2013....Played in goal for the South Carolina United FC 95 Girls Elite club team and served as team captain in 2010, 2011 and 2012.....Named Best Defensive Player on the club’s U17 team in 2012 and U18 team in 2013, both of which won South Carolina state championships.....Stopped two penalty kicks in a shootout win for the 2013 state title.
