Francis Marion University midfielder Cora Lepper has been selected as the Conference Carolinas women's soccer Freshman of the Month for the month of November.  She becomes the second Patriot to garner this award in 2025 as defender Laïla Ayup earned the honor for October.

A native of St. Leon-Rot, Germany, Lepper scored two goals, one a match-winner, in five matches during November as the Patriots captured the conference's East Division crown and earned the top seed in the conference tournament.

She registered 12 shots during November, with five being on goal, while averaging 57.0 minutes per match.  She scored the match-winning goal in the 49th minute of a 1-0 road win at Chowan University, while also finding the back of the net in a 3-1 tournament semifinal win over Young Harris College.

She helped Francis Marion match its highest single-season win total with a record of 17-3-0, and for the second consecutive year, the Patriots earned a bid to the NCAA Division II National Tournament.

Lepper is majoring in marketing and is a product of Leibniz Gymnasium Östringen.
