The Patriots improve to 3-4 and will host Edinboro University on Friday at 2 p.m. on the Kassab Courts. Admission is free.

Francis Marion quickly captured the doubles point as sophomore

Polina Gontaryk won 6-0 at the No.2 spot and graduate student

Julia Bellini Fernandes Pinto won 6-2 at the No.3 position.

Kim Venghaus completed the sweep with a 7-5 victory at No.1 doubles.

In singles play, Martincova was victorious at No.3 by a 6-1, 6-4 tally and Venghaus won 6-4, 6-3 at the No.5 spot. Karatantcheva provided the match clinching point with a 6-3, 6-4 win at the top position.

The remaining wins came from Gontaryk (6-0, 6-1) at No.4; freshman
Mia Koepf (6-1, 6-0) at No.6; and Seidewitz (7-5, 6-4) at the No.2 slot.
