FMU: First-year runner at FMU....Conference Carolinas Academic All-Conference Team (T&F) 2025....Also a member of the cross country team (2023, 2024)....A McNair Scholar.....FMU Swamp Fox Athletic-Academic Honor Roll 2023 (fall), 2024 (spring, fall), 2025 (spring)....Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll 2023 (fall), 2024 (spring, fall), 2025 (spring).

- Graduate of Wilson High School, where she ran for coaches Jackie Foxe and Valarie Paul (former coaches Frankie Humphrey, Benny Morgan, Jeff DiPaolo)
- Served as team captain of both the girls cross country and track teams during senior year
- Earned MVP award in cross country in 2022
- All-City cross country runner in 2022
- Second-team All-Region in cross country in 2022
- Earned Most Improved Award in 2018 and 2021 in cross country
- Set new record for the Wilson Girls DMR team in 2023
- Earned Team Scholar Award in track in 2023

- Why you first chose your sport: My brother told his coach that I would join the team even though I didn't want to, but I ended up enjoying it
- Biggest mental challenge in your sport: Dealing with unmet expectations and self-confidence
