FMU: Returning letterwinner....PBC Runner of the Week (Oct. 14-20, 2019).....Team MVP 2019, 2018....PBC All-Sportsmanship Team 2018....PBC Runner of the Week (week of Oct. 1-7, 2018)....Ran in all 7 races as a junior (2018) and was the team's top finisher in every event....Three Top-20 showings....Placed 4th at the 2018 Columbia College Invitational (time of 21:30)....Placed 50th at 2018 PBC Meet and 69th at NCAA II Southeast Championships....Biology Club....Transfer from Spartanburg Methodist College....FMU Swamp Fox Athletic-Academic Honor Roll 2018 (fall), 2020 (spring).....SMC: Ran cross country her freshman season but did not compete as a sophomore.

- Why you first chose your sport: I played recreational softball during junior high school and the only thing I was good at was running the bases so I decided to run cross country and track during high school
- The biggest mental challenge to you improving faster: Getting out of my head and stop putting limits on what I can do; Half the battle of setting a PR is believing that you can actually achieve it
