FMU:  Returning part-starter and 3-year letterwinner....Conference Carolinas Academic All-Conference Team 2025, 2024....CSC Academic All-District Team 2024....Appeared in 49 games (23 starts) as part of the 2025 squad that reached the NCAA Super Regionals....Appeared in ESPN SportsCenter's Top Plays (#4) following catch in NCAA Super Regional....No fielding errors in 53 chances....Started all 60 games in center field in 2024....Batted .241 with 4 homers and 21 RBIs....Only 1 error in 104 fielding chances with 6 outfield assists....Conference Carolinas rankings: 8th in walks (24), 12th in both sacrifice hits (6) and sac flies (3), 13th in fielding percentage (.990), and 14th in triples (2)....8 multi-hit games and 5 multi-RBI games....Reached base at a .410 clip when leading off an inning....Appeared in 23 games as a freshman....Scored 14 runs....Solo homer at Converse (4-15-23)....Made a decision to be a Patriot very quickly once offered the opportunity and that couldn’t have made us happier....Great student who wants to be her very best in the classroom, but also works hard on the field.....Will compete for playing time in the middle infield and the outfield....Adds speed to the team as well as a desire to grow to be her best self....NFCA/Easton All-America Scholar-Athlete 2023, 2024, 2025....Chi Alpha Sigma national college athlete honor society....Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award 2024....FMU Swamp Fox Athletic-Academic Honor Roll 2022 (fall), 2023 (spring, fall), 2024 (spring, fall), 2025 (spring)....Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll 2022 (fall), 2023 (spring), 2024 (spring, fall), 2025 (spring).

  • Graduate of Harnett Central High School, where she played for coaches Ashley Gaines and Scotty and Olivia Scarborough
  • 4-year starter, 5-year letterwinner
  • Helped team to the fourth round of the 2022 NCHSAA State Playoffs
  • Earned All-Conference honors in 2021 and was her squad’s defensive most valuable player
  • Made an immediate impact as a freshman, starting at third base and batting .357, while earning Rookie of the Year accolades and helping lead Central to the Tri-County 3A Conference title and an appearance in the third round of the state playoffs
  • This past summer and fall (2021), she batted .557 with 47 stolen bases for the NC Rockers travel team
  • Also lettered three years on the volleyball court
  • Junior marshal for her school’s 2021 graduating class

  • Goals for Upcoming Season:  To win the conference regular season, the conference tournament, and a national championship!
  • Why you first chose your sport: Baseball/Softball has been a part of my family for generations and I wanted to follow in the footsteps
  • Biggest mental challenge in your sport: Accepting the fact softball is a game of failure, and figuring out how to learn and grow from failure rather than dwell on it
  • Interesting Notes:  I played both softball and volleyball in high school. In both sports my senior year, we were able to make it deep into the NCHSAA state playoffs: 3rd round for volleyball and 4th round for softball; 4-year varsity softball starter in high school; played varsity volleyball for 3 years in high school; I was voted Class Clown as a senior superlative
