PERSONAL:  Born Mikala Ann Barnhart in Virginia Beach, Va.....A graduate of Floyd E. Kellam High School, where she played for coach T.J. Jones....High school teammate of Baily Garin....As a junior batted .456 with 21 runs scored and a .547 on-base percentage.....2012 honorable mention All-State recognition.....Three-time All-Beach selection and a two-time All-Eastern Region pick.....Prior to attending Kellam, she also attended First Colonial High School.....Nickname is Mikey.
